In a very short time our habits have changed considerably as well as all the rules to follow. The use of smart working as wwell as the use of payroll subsidies and the fear of crowding have considerably reduced the influx of people into external company canteens and have complicated its regulation, making the client number uncertain. How can you handle it? Paraphrasing an old saying: if workers don’t go to the canteen, the canteen will go to them! How? Thanks to the new smart temperature-controlled lockers for food delivery!

The Pick It Up smart locker solution is completely modular and therefore you can create your ideal composition to meet any need: temperature controller-lockers whether it is hot or cold.

The operation is simple and intuitive: the smart lockers are located within the companies that support the service. The canteen receives the orders and prepared the lunch boxes for each employee. When it arrives at the company for deliveries, it stores each meal in a cabinet by selecting the recipient from the touchscreen monitor. The list of recipients will be already uploaded in the software.
The employee gets a notification via SMS or E-mail informing him that his meal has been delivered! He can collect his meal simply by entering the code received, or meal voucher or company badge. It is possible to integrate different types of locker opening systems by users as needed.
The Pick It Up management software is the heart of the application: it allows you to manage and monitor all connected lockers. On the management dashboard you can clearly check the status of each cabinets: available/occupied – closed/opened, etc. You are promptly informed if the products have been stored as well as if they have been collected. In this last case the system logs can verify by whom analyzing the credentials used.
The software can be integrated into existing solutions and allows you to choose the most suitable “key” to access the locker: password, QR Code, RFID tag or smartphone!
Each solution must have at least one master column that manages the cabinets. Then you can have additional columns for the collection and storage of objects. The software is included in all solutions. A master column can manage up to 12 different modules, completely combinable with each other: different cabinet sizes, temperature-controlled, heated, refrigerated or freezer cabinets. The steel walls of the various modules are available in different colors.
