But often the customer can not stand having to queue twice, the first time to order a drug and the second time to pick it up. How to turn this criticality into an element of success with respect to the competitive offer and improve the customer experience?

The Pick It Up smart locker solution allows you to meet your needs. Composed of a master column, modular cabinets for the delivery and collection of goods, standard or at controlled temperature or refrigerated, and the management software to manage and monitor all stages of the process. You can choose from a wide range of “keys” to open the lockers: from a QR Code, to a card or an SMS.

Operation is simple and intuitive: the products are stored in one of the available lockers and the customer is informed that the product is available. You decide what to enable for the collection of the products: QR Code, sms or card. When the customer receives the notice that the goods are available, he goes to the pharmacy or where the locker is located and picks it up, without making further files and waiting. The lockers can be placed in the same pharmacy or in different pharmacies or places, even in different cities. All are connected to the central server which allows you to remotely check the status and make changes and give permissions with different access levels if necessary.
The Pick It UP management software is the heart of the application: it allows you to manage and monitor all the connected lockers, in the case of temperature controlled lockers it also allows you to manage the temperature. From the management dashboard it is clear the status of the individual lockers: available / occupied – closed / open, etc. The system logs certify by whom based on which credentials they have been used. The software can be integrated into existing solutions and allows you to choose the most suitable “key” to access the locker: password, QR CODE or RFID Tag!
Each solution must consist of at least one master column that manages the lockers, additional columns for the collection and storage of objects and software. A master column can manage up to 8 different modules, which can be completely combined with each other both only for the box sizes but also between those at controlled temperature: refrigerated or freezer. The steel walls of the various modules are available in different colors.
